Today I ate milk and bread for breakfast (carbohydrate, protein). Roast pork for lunch(protein). And Tomyu mkung, Yumwunsen, kung rui soun and fruit salad for dinner(nutrient, vitamin, protein, carbohydrate).

So I weight 41.5 kg. height 142 cm.
