Lunch- Steamed Chicken with rice (protein, carbohydrate, mineral)
Dinner-Fry-rice with boil egg (protein, carbohydrate, fat, mineral)


Breakfast-shrimp  boil rice (protein, carbohydrate, mineral)
Lunch- Stir-fried cabage with crispy, Stewed Chicken Wing (protein, carbohydrate, mineral, fat)
Dinner- Sushi (protein, carbohydrate, mineral)
My breakfast was a sandwich (protein, carbohydrate, mineral)
